Our church is a busy place throughout the week! Aside from regular Sunday worship services we have a number of activities going on at various times. Some of our events are related directly to the mission of our church which is to welcome and equip people in a life of faith. These events include Bible Study and small group gatherings, as well as larger social gatherings like our Annual Fall Supper. The church building and property are also used by various partner organizations and community groups. The Montessori Plus Preschool Academy, Callingwood Community Garden, Ormsby Food Share, and several other organizations have found a home at Our Savior Lutheran.
Members and friends of Our Savior are engaged in numerous volunteer and outreach activities. The list is ever changing as we are always open to opportunities where we can serve God's people and all of God's creation. We have ongoing projects in Refugee Sponsorship, a Christmas Hamper program, social justice work through our membership in the Greater Edmonton Alliance, as well as a long history of working with the Bissell Centre and Inner City Pastoral Ministry.
